I HAVE HOT PINK GALOSHES AND YOU DON'T!!!!!!
Today has been a great day, and I'm not sure why. I'm happy camper. i had no luck today with reading clocks. After the power came back on I reset my clock, but I had the AM and PM switched around. My alarm was set correctly, but the regular time wasn't. Needless to say, I ended up sleeping through my first class. I also had trouble reading the clock for my second class. I know it's at one, but for some reason I thought it was at 12:30, so I end up showing up thirty minutes early. I did arrive on time to my final class. I guess whatever was going on with me passed.
Two more people watched "The Wizard" last night. I am slowly making all of State watch it. Four down, a few more to go. . . .

Still no heat, or hot water. I've taken cold showers before, but they were by choice, and never in the winter. Luckily I still have electricity, so I used my hair dryer to heat me back up.
I am a genius!!! I got my computer working. I can now copy straight from cable onto my tv. There are a few things that I still need to do before everything is perfect. I need to go buy a splitter, so I don't always have to have the computer on to watch tv. I am also having a problem with recording sound with the picture. Hopefully my two problems will be solved soon.
One of my roommates just walked in. I have to get the locks changed tomorrow. I got all their food out from the cabinets and all the expired stuff from the fridge. I wish they'd leave soon!!!
I would go to Wal-Mart now, but I'm afraid to loose my parking space. It makes me feel like I'm in the dorm again.

Apparently the gas has been turned off. I figured this out a little while ago, after having the heat on, turned to eighty degrees. My early morning run to Wal-Mart was unsuccessful. All I could find was outdoor heaters. I am now over dressed and cuddled up with two blankets. I am too cold to sleep. It is 55 degrees inside, 25 degrees outside. I miss heat. I might have to invite myself to sleep at my BFF's house.
Things I Realized On My Ride Back
N*SYNC's no strings attached album is wonderful to sing along with
If Michael, KB, and a pair of chopsticks were ever in the same room at the same time, someone would be guaranteed to lose his eyesight
I no longer know the story of Rumplestilsken, but surprisingly BFF does
I am extremely afraid to pass semis in the dark on curvy roads
My flight instructor misses me
My flight instructor can't wait for us to "Rock and Roll"
My stomach is only satisfied with Chinese food for five hours
All in all, it was a learning experience (like all my Nashville-Starky trips are). One day, perhaps you can make the trip with me! DREAM BIG
